TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Service. It is understood that upon submission of the registration form, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or access this Service. Globe may at anytime modify this Agreement, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Agreement. You agree to review the Agreement periodically and your continued access or use of the Service shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Agreement. 1. User Privacy Statement -- Our Pledge to You, Our Customer GLOBE TELECOM respects your privacy. GLOBE TELECOM does not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding its customers to any third party, without their consent. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. GLOBE TELECOM has taken several steps to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately. 2. Use of Information. GLOBE TELECOM will not collect any personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. Examples of such information are: name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number, birthday, and product commentary. GLOBE TELECOM may share non-personal aggregate, or summary information regarding its customers with partners or other third parties (i.e Bank), but GLOBE TELECOM does not sell or share any information at the individual customer level. GLOBE TELECOM recommends that if you provided information on behalf of a minor, then you should use the minor's parent or guardian's e-mail address provided and that you have the permission of that minor's parent or guardian. 3. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless GLOBE TELECOM , its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement by you. Notwithstanding the following, you shall hold GLOBE TELECOM free and harmless from suit or action arising from improper use of data, unauthorized intrusion into the site and unlawful exposure of data. 5. Third Party Rights. The provisions of paragraphs 3 (Use of the Service), and 4 (Indemnification) are for the benefit of GLOBE TELECOM and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party information providers to the Service.
